 Brian Mellor - Consultant.
Brian gained financial experience with Lloyds Bank for six years before then moving to Legal & General where he worked as a Broker Consultant in the Life & Pensions industry for a similar period of time. Brian has obtained the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate.

Joan Llewellyn - Mortgage & Admin. Manager
Joan joined the Practice as Administration Manager in November 1994 having previously worked at Legal & General. Joan has recently taken on the role of Mortgage Manager and she too is qualified to Financial Planning Certificate Level 3.

 Paul Gerrard - Consultant
Paul joined the practice in April 2004 and has over 10 years experience in the industry. Paul has passed all three stages of the Financial Planning Certificate and he also holds the MAQ Mortgage Certificate. Paul is responsible for dealing with the day to day queries in the office and also servicing new clients.

Debbie Brereton - Administration & General Insurance
Debbie joined the practice in March 2003, having spent 14 years working for Lloyds TSB, with various roles including Managers Assistant. Within Brian Mellor Financial Services, Debbie is responsible for the daily administrative duties together with arranging Buildings and Contents cover for the client bank.

 Anne Luznyj - Administration
Anne joined the team in June 2004 having spent 20 years working in the textile industry at Masons of Leek Limited. Anne has previously been a Costing Officer, Secretary/Buyer with Masons and is now looking forward to developing a new career in the Financial Services Industry.

Celia Harrison - Secretary
Celia joined the Practice in January 1997 having previously worked at Legal & General as personal secretary to the Area Life Manager at the Hanley office.

 Daniel Hyde - Consultant
Daniel joined the practice in April 2006 having previously being employed by the Leek United Building Society. Daniel had progressed to being a Customer Services Advisor with the local building society but the opportunity to pursue a career in financial planning attracted him to the practice. Daniel has passed all of his CF1 to CF6 exams and is now studying the advanced papers. He graduated from being a trainee advisor to fully authorised in March 2009.

Christine Bunting - Administration
Chris had previously been employed as a Branch Manager by the Cheltenham & Gloucester in their local Newcastle-under-Lyme branch for over 16 years. Following the closure of the local branch network, Chris worked for a short period with the Royal Bank of Scotland but joined the practice in February 2009. Within Brian Mellor Financial Services Chris is responsible for daily administrative duties together with coordinating and ensuring the smooth running of the group pension schemes. She is also responsible for assisting in the IT development within the practice.

 Alexander Arndt - Administration/Trainee Consultant
Alex joined the practice in July 2009. After completing his GCSE’s at Leek High School, Alex was studying Business at Newcastle-Under-Lyme College. He has now taken on the role of Administrator/Trainee Financial Advisor under the Government’s Apprenticeship Scheme.
